I just recently stayed two nights at the Crowne Plaza. The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The first night my room was facing the freeway. It was a bit too noisey for me. I asked to be moved to another room for my second night. The front desk apologized and took care of it. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. If I am ever back in Columbus I would stay at the Crowne Plaza again.
